Anyone
  can
  do
  snowshoeing,
  it’s
  that
  easy.
  A
  decent
  level
  of
  fitness
  is
  required
  in
  most
  cases
  depending
  on
  the
  course
  taken
  (flat
  vs
  climb).
  Besides
  the
  snowshoes
  you
  need
  poles
  (a
  must),
  warm
  clothing
  in
  layers
  (so
  you
  can
  take
  off
  as
  you
  heat
  up)
  ,
  uv
  block
  sunglasses
  and
  suncream.
  If
  you
  have
  snowboard
  boots
  (or
  any
  other
  stiff
  high
  cut
  boots)
  they
  will
  work
  fine,
  otherwise
  you
  many
  need
  to
  rent
  boots
  as
  well.
  You
  can
  either
  take
  a
  tour
  or
  rent
  the
  shoes
  and
  do
  it
  all
  yourself.
